Not always. Many top schools (HEC, ESSEC, Sciences Po, Polytechnique) offer full English-track degrees. Still, basic French helps daily life. We include French lessons in our Installation package.
The Ministry of Education asks for a GPA of 3.75/5 (or 2.75/4) at the least. Some tracks accept lower GPAs with a strong profile. We check your exact fit on the free diagnostic call.
Plan for 6 to 12 months. French school deadlines open in October for the next September. Safeer sign-up and Campus France steps add months on top. Start early, that is where the best spots go.
Al Qantara is a private advisory firm. We guide students to the 36 schools approved on the Safeer portal. Our founders are HEC Paris and Sorbonne alumni who know both Saudi and French systems well.
The Custodian Scholarship has four tracks: Al-Rowad (top students, elite schools), Emdad (state employees), Research & Development (post-grad researchers), and Wa'ed (rising students). Each has its own rules and perks.
Plan for 800–1,200 EUR a month in Paris (400–700 EUR in other cities). That covers rent, food, transport, and insurance. Scholarship students get a monthly allowance that covers most costs. We help you build a real budget.
Vision 2030 calls for an education system that fits the job market and opens doors for every student. Al Qantara backs this goal. We link Saudi students with France's world-class schools and help build the skills the Kingdom needs. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship is a key pillar of the plan, with more than 500,000 scholars who have gone abroad since 2005.
